The FANUC A02B-0323-C205 is a Separate Detector Interface Unit (SDU) developed for FANUC high-end CNC systems. It acts as dedicated signal conversion hardware to connect external linear scales, grating rulers and independent position encoders with the CNC main controller.
This module receives position feedback signals from off-motor detectors, transmits data back to the CNC system, and supports full closed-loop axis control.
